Privacy

This site belongs to Schaub and Sons LLC (Kittanning, PA). It does one thing with your information: it gets your quote request to us so we can call you back. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

What we collect

• Quote requests. Your name, phone, email, the project address, what you want built, any design you made in the Design Studio, your notes, and up to three photos if you choose to add them.
• Basic visit statistics. Pages viewed, referring site, device type and country, through Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
• Your IP address, briefly, to stop spam: we count requests per address per day.

The site has no accounts, no logins and no payments. We never ask for card or bank details online.

Who handles it for us

These companies process data only to run this site and answer your request:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides the visit statistics.
• Supabase stores quote requests and the photos you upload, in a private database and private storage that only our server can read.
• Resend sends the email that tells our team a new request came in.
• Google Maps Platform looks up the project address you give us to place it on a map and, for roofing jobs, estimate roof size from satellite data.
• Viktor, the AI assistant our team uses in Slack, reads your request to draft an estimate and a reply for us. A person at Schaub and Sons reviews and approves anything before it is sent to you.
• Slack is where our team discusses your request.

How long we keep it

We keep a quote request, and its photos, for as long as we need it to quote, schedule or stand behind your job, or until you ask us to delete it. Links to your photos that we share inside our team expire after seven days.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we have about you, call us at 724-954-2329. We will confirm it is you and take care of it. If you only want us to stop contacting you, say so and we will.

Children

This site is for adults arranging construction work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how this site uses your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
