These terms cover your use of this website, run by Schaub and Sons LLC, Kittanning, PA (PA HIC #PA230095). They do not cover construction work itself. Every job is governed by a separate written estimate or contract that you sign.

Quotes and the Design Studio

• The Design Studio and quote form send us a request. Neither one is an offer, a price, a contract or a promise to do the work.
• The site shows no prices. Any price comes from us in a written estimate, after we have seen the site.
• Colors in the Design Studio are close matches on screen, not the supplier's color chart. Pick final colors from physical samples.
• Sizes, heights and add-ons you choose are a starting point. Codes, permits, the site itself and engineering can change what we can build.

Photos of our work

Every project photo on this site is a real Schaub and Sonsjob, and each one carries our logo. You may share links to them. Do not copy them to present someone else's work as ours, or ours as someone else's.

What you send us

Send only information and photos you have the right to share, and only about property you own or are authorized to ask about. Do not use the forms to send spam, harassment or anything unlawful; we may block requests that do. How we handle what you send is in our Privacy page.

The website itself

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. Project write-ups describe past jobs and are not a guarantee that your job will be the same. To the extent the law allows, Schaub and Sons LLC is not liable for losses that come from using the website itself; this does not limit anything in a signed contract for work.

Pennsylvania law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
